Creative Touch wants to work with you to create the event of your dreams! With our experience in so many different types of events, we’ve found each type of event has crucial elements and special needs.
Weddings
Weddings hold a special place in our heart for the simple reason that these occasions celebrate love, between the two getting married, but also the special bonds with family and friends. For weddings, we start with a complimentary meeting to get to know each other and talk about what you have in mind for the day. We’ll talk about everything from how you met to the type of music you enjoy, so we can get a feel for what would be special for your day. From there we can put together a proposal based on your wedding needs, including any of our lighting or other services you might need. Once you’ve engaged our services, we are here for you to chat and work with as needed to create the reception of your dreams. We’ll have a meeting about a month out from your reception to make sure we have all the details covered and to brainstorm any further ideas to make it uniquely yours. We’ll work with your wedding planner on finalizing all the details before wedding day and to make sure everything is executed according to plan on the day itself.
Corporate Events
Our corporate clients sometimes prefer a quick conversation by phone to get the ball rolling on figuring out what they need/want for their event. (With many of our returning clients, this may be all we need before we submit a proposal for your review.) From there we can either arrange a meeting to discuss the details or we can start by sending over a proposal with all the options for you to select the line items that work best for you. With options including karoake, specialty lighting to brand your event and all the equipment you need to cover the audio for your event, we’ve got you covered! Clients we’ve worked with before that are happy to share with you how we’ve made their events outstanding include Eldorado Country Club and Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Allen at the John Q. Hammons Center.
Social Events
Guests at our social events never want the party to stop! That’s always our goal when planning celebrations with our clients, whether it be a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, Quinceaneara, birthday party, anniversary or a holiday party, we bring the fun and entertainment to each of these events so everyone has a blast! We are happy to chat by phone or meet in person to chat about the details for your social event so we can create a custom proposal that addresses all your wants and needs.
